The terms that apply when you book a Safai.pk cleaning service in Karachi or use our website.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all cleaning services booked with Safai.pk (“Safai.pk”, “we”, “us”) in Karachi, Pakistan, and to the use of safai.pk. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
We provide doorstep cleaning services including house, office, sofa, carpet, mattress, curtain, chair, water tank, move in and move out, and post construction cleaning. Full details are on our services page. The exact work included in each booking is agreed with you when we confirm your quote.
If you need to reschedule or cancel a booking, please tell us as early as possible, ideally at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, so we can offer the slot to another customer. If our team arrives and cannot access the property, or the booking is cancelled at the door, a call-out charge may apply. We may need to reschedule a booking because of weather, safety concerns or circumstances beyond our control, and we will contact you as soon as possible if this happens.
Prices are confirmed in your quote before work begins. Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due when the service is completed. Accepted payment methods are confirmed at the time of booking.
We use methods suited to each fabric and surface, but some stains, odours, wear or damage may not be fully removable, for example very old stains, colour bleeding, sun damage or permanent marks. We will let you know if we expect limited results. If you are not satisfied with part of the work, please tell us during the final walkthrough or within 24 hours, and we will review it and, where reasonable, touch it up.
Our team works with care. If you believe something was damaged during a service, please report it to us within 24 hours with photos so we can investigate. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, items that were not suitable for cleaning, or damage caused by information that was not shared with us before the service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
Our team may decline or pause work if conditions are unsafe, for example exposed wiring, structural hazards or aggressive pets. Please keep children and pets away from work areas, wet floors and cleaning equipment during the visit.
The content on this website is for general information about our services. Do not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false information through our forms. Text, images and branding on this website may not be copied without permission.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of Karachi.
